Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

We eat at Rosa's at least once per week. Good quality food for a fair price. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because 4 of the past 5 times we went through the drive through, our order was wrong. My advice: check your bag before you drive home. Don't assume they will give you salsa, they won't give you anything you don't request. Believe me...their food just isn't the same without their delicious salsa!
Secondly, it could be a little cleaner inside. They never wipe the benches or chairs...and the floors...they would greatly benefit from more frequent sweeping.
The BEST manager they ever had was Elizabeth! She knew us by name every time we ate there. I hope she comes back to Temple soon.

Their food has always been fresh. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The salsa bar has a very nice variety. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. We eat here regularly. Just what a lower mid-range restaurant should be!!

Delicious food and a really visually beautiful and colorful place. You walk in and order, then seat yourself. When you are finished, you leave everything on the table. There is apparently no table service, except for cleanup. This was confusing to me as a first- timer. The restaurant and restrooms were immaculate!

Fast and delicious. Menu filled with many Mexican dishes that are very tasty. Love watching tortillas being made. Great accessories bar. Reasonable prices. Smiling friendly employees.
