    What a delight to have La Dalat to add to the growing sophistication in Downtown Temple! Such a cute old restored building with D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! food!! Yummy Vietnamese coffee too

    Enjoyed the spring rolls as well as my entree! Great atmosphere! Nice addition to downtown Temple!!!!

    Tonight we tried the grilled lemongrass beef skewers and spicy beef noodle soup (Bún Bò Hué), and imperial rolls for an appetizer. The food was cooked and presented phenomenally! They're still working on the rhythm and bounce of service, but that will come with practice. What counts is the food: I give it top marks.
