(May 3, 2019, 1:23 am)Tonight we tried the grilled lemongrass beef skewers and spicy beef noodle soup (Bún Bò Hué), and imperial rolls for an appetizer. The food was cooked and presented phenomenally! They're still working on the rhythm and bounce of service, but that will come with practice. What counts is the food: I give it top marks.
