Pretty nice place. The chicken and waffles were pretty good. The ladies had cucumber mimosas and sangria. They said the mimosa was better ????????♂️. Didn't take too long to be seated, but a lot of our questions couldn't be answered by our server. Either new or too busy. Overall, nice place.
This is a nice little restaurant, The food was great I got a waffle and my wife got pancakes, eggs and bacon. They were delicious ????. The staff was very friendly. This is going to be our new brunch place. They have different food as well, we are going to try something new every time we go back. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive, our drinks never ran dry. Amazing Experience!
Excellent food and great service for a large party (8)! Megg's now offers breakfast all day, so some group members ordered items on the breakfast menu and some of us ordered dishes from the lunch menu. Our food arrived in a timely manner from a friendly professional server, who checked back often to be sure our drinks were refilled. Many compliments from all on our meals! Willing to split up tickets without hesitation. Will definitely return!
This place is pretty cool. They have good food, pretty good service. It's REALLY popular, so be prepared for a wait. Also, they are only open for dinner a few nights a week, so it looks like they have irregular hours. The promote 'buy local, buy Texas, yet they don't carry any Texas wines. Odd...but whatever. The deviled eggs are ridiculously good. I had the burger this time, which was pretty good. The side of Mac and cheese was very good. They do have an on-site bakery, but it's always closed by the time I'm leaving. They offer gluten free and vegan options. I'm waiting for the shrimp and grits to come back on to the menu, which is something I'm confused about. Are the shrimp not around now? Out of season? The first time I went they were out of certain menu items, limiting what I could order. It's a nice non-chain, local restaurant.
