Melodys Brunch and Bar

Absolutely amazing! The service was top notch and Chef Andy presents food that tastes just as delicious as it looks! Can’t wait to come back, Melody’s has definitely solidified itself as a regular visit for my friends and myself.

We had a positive experience at Melody's. We sat at the bar which had about a 45 minute wait. I'd suggest making reservations as they get pretty busy. The ladies behind the bar were very polite and checked on us often. They made sure our water was refilled in a timely manner. I ordered the grilled goat cheese. It was very flavorful. The perfect dish for a light lunch. My husband ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich. This was the best brisket sandwich either one of us had ever tasted. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I would recommend this spot if you're looking for an excuse to get cute, day drink, and eat good food.

This place is EVERYTHING you could be looking for in breakfast and brunch! The moment you walk in you are hit with the setting/vibe in which the place brings. The food and drinks are remarkable form taste to presentation and the staff are absolutely WONDERFUL! The chef is REMARKABLE! I would give this place 100 stars if I could and I will gladly say that they are by far the BEST place in the Temple/Belton area! If you have not given this place a try, you NEED to because you are MISSING OUT! Not only is this a great place to bring the family, friends or have a nice date but it’s wonderful for studying or getting out of the house to knock some work out if you work from home like me! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT AND AM SO HAPPY THEY ARE HERE IN TEMPLE!!!!

Very good food, chicken is seasoned well and the waffle have a very nice fluffy taste and when they came together with the maple syrup it was wonderful. I was on my lunch break when I went and received my food in a timely manner and able to eat comfortably and make it back to work. Definitely will be back to try more things on the menu. ☺️

This is hands down the BEST brunch place in Central Texas! The food is delicious the drinks are stiff and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend trying it out.
