Las Cruces Mexican Restaurant

Everything I've had here is really good. Las Cruces is my new go to for tacos. Friendly neighborhood establishment with quick and friendly service. Pulls in a healthy crowd for lunch that doesn't feel crowded.

The food was very good and the service was amazingly excellent.

The service was adequate, if a little slow, two guy handled the whole dining room. The chips on the table seemed very thin and maybe stale, the hot sauce was very hot, but not much flavor. The beans and rice were very good, much better than they looked. My son had the Fajita, it was very large and he liked it a lot. My daughter had the cheese enchiladas and loved them. My wife had the Carne Guisada which I tried and was very tender and tasty. I had the Jalapeno Chicken Enchiladas, I thought the chicken had no flavor, and relied to much on the Jalapeno slices on the top for taste. Overall my dish and the chips would only rate a 3 star, but my children's and wife's dishes pushed the review to a low 4.
