Nothing special, but a good, quick, cheap meal

I like the original pollo bowl but they have all kinds of chicken dishes. Service is quick and prices low.

Treating customers like family is the only sure way to stay steady in sales and insure the survival of the business. Business I've been to that had the worst customer service you could ever imagine didn't last too long. Any employee who threatens a customer by saying they'll call the cops should be terminated along with the person that hired them. Read the comments below though they are from a few months ago I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I hope that disgruntled employee doesn't work there anymore, food here is fantastic and place is always clean both inside and outside.

Maybe a chime sound when the door opens to prevent future customers from waiting? Gotta hustle, gotta think ahead gotta make it an enjoyable experience for the customers. Don't cut hours to save store cost at the same time sacrificing the quality of customer service. Nobody likes waiting, I was impressed by this location compared to the others which are still great but this location is my number one pick. Don't mind driving that extra mile for great food

Love the chicken. At this location there where 2 issues, 1st went into the restroom and the sink had a out of order sign and was blocked of with the trash can. I was thinking that the employees couldn't wash their hands, just was hoping they still washed their hands back there by the prep sink, the other issue I had was one of the pieces of chicken I had was very salty! My husband thought it was all in my mind but he started eating it and said yea this is really salty, so we just threw the piece away. But normally this place has the best chicken!
