The Grey Moss Inn Restaurant

Haven't been here in a couple years and we were not disappointed; fantabulous. The smoked prime rib was amazing!

While i have not had the pleasure of doing a paranormal investigation yet, i would like to comment on the atmosphere. A very beautiful place where you can and feel the energy of days gone past before us. In the main dining area there is a strange sense your not alone, even if no one is inside at the time. I would love to do a paranormal investigation at this location, automatically as I arrived you could feel a much higher charge in the air, not in a negative way however. I feel there is much residual energy as their is intelligent energy. Beautiful property, friendly people

Three of us went to dinner on a Saturday evening at 5 p.m. It was not crowded (one couple was seated), food was good, waiter was attentive and friendly.

The reason I cannot give five stars is due to the hostess named Mary. I don’t ask for much when greeted at a restaurant, but a smile would be nice. Not even a greeting was offered. Then I was really taken aback when I asked her if we could sit in the enclosed patio.... she looked at me as if I had asked her to build a separate dining room just for us.

Hopefully, Mary will be retired by the time we return to The Grey Moss Inn.
