Kobe Teppan & Sushi

We’re regulars here, and your experience depends on your server. Price is the same, but quality of the food varies depending on who’s working that shift. Last night we had probably the best service we’ve had since going there. Young Asian guy, bald, wears glasses...he is on point. Best server we’ve had in that restaurant.

Seems like they may have done a change in mgmt....not sure, but whatever it is, keep it up. We appreciate the improvement!

The unlimited sushi and appetizers we're great. The crab Rangoon was one of my favorites. I'd definitely recommend it off that alone. I believe it was around ~$18 per person for dinner unlimited.

I'm only giving this a four because the service was very 'okay'. It took almost 25+ minutes to get a refill and sometimes our waitress would forget to put orders in for the unlimited which resulted in either long waits (especially if it's a busy night) or just not getting the dish at all.

We noticed other tables weren't necessarily having this issue so I wouldn't worry too heavily on it.

Food was great! Server and cook was great! Manager not so much. We walked in for the grill and the lady was about to seat us and the manger said it would be a 20 minute wait. We were given a beeper that probably doesn’t work. We sat outside for an hour because the seats inside were full. I noticed that everyone else that walked in after us had already been seated. We then moved to wait inside and literally there was no wait, the lady at the front desk asked us what we were waiting for and we proceeded to tell her and she said “oh I can take you back, there’s no wait”. Poor management. Food was amazing and so was everyone else but the manager. Kind of disappointed because we waited an hour for no reason but the food was amazing. Not sure if we’ll go back though since the manager is shady.

Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint. Location used to be an Italian restaurant but converted it to this Japanese masterpiece. The food was divine. The hostess was nice and cheerful and helpful. The wait staff was a little on the slow side, but nothing major. The restrooms were messy and the place was a little steamy/smokey because they don't have the huge vents over grills, but the food... ohhhhh the food! The food was just delicious. Can't wait to go back. You will love it!

Loved the endless sushi option for dinner. The portion sizes were perfect and the sushi was great.

We got in and seated right away on a busy evening. Service was great from start to finish.

If I could change one thing it would be the temperature. The place was pretty cold for my liking.
