Family owned restaurant that puts their heart and soul into the business, food, and customer service. There is a large display case of many types of desserts. It's hard to resist the desserts before ordering your food.

Have been there many times and ordered most things on the menu. This time we had the biscuits and gravy, omelette, hash browns, french toast, and cake for dessert. One item I didn't get this time, but highly recommend is the chicken fried steak.

Service is very prompt and courteous. Portions are pretty large and well worth the price. Small business who treats everyone like family. Highly recommend!

This a great homestyle restaurant. Family run and very friendly. The daily specials are priced very reasonably and the portion is just the right size to allow room for dessert. It is a confectionery after all so you can’t visit here without getting dessert! The selections are plentiful and of the five that I’ve tried I love them all.

Absolutely adore this place! Has a very homey atmosphere with a great staff. They're always dependable when looking for some delicious food &/or desserts. Chicken & Dumplings on Tuesdays is one of the best!

The food is homemade right there in the kitchen, makes you think of your Mama's house. The bakery is one of the best in San Antonio, you will find your Mama's homemade pies there. There is nothing she can't make!

Oh my history with this place. I've traveled long and wide and even after almost 10 years since first having it, they simply have the best cinnamon rolls that I've ever had. In fact, they even made me a giant cinnamon roll for my wedding reception. Love these folks to pieces and wish them all the best.
