Jack in the Box

I love Jack in the Box food! This location is the closest to home. Not 5 star because sometimes the wait time is RIDICULOUS!! I have waited up to 20 mins at night when there is NOBODY in line. I understand 10 mins but not 20! I've have seen a couple of customers storm off super upset. Some employees are super nice amd other need some more training.

Quick but chicken nuggets were under cook fish was ordered with cheese had to go back but they made my order good by making me a new menu of my order (fish with cheese) I do go there alot and usual have no problem

Amazing! I stopped in on Christmas evening, knowing that I shouldn't because it goes against my ethical values but it was late and I didn't feel like cooking again. I ordered 3 hamburgers and two large fries. The service was fast, especially after the long lines, the fries were hot and the service was impeccable. The order was perfect. I just want to commend the staff for doing an awesome job that evening. I have read the other reviews and that was not my experience. Maybe I just lucked out! I usually only order the milkshake from any Jack In the Box but this evening I ordered food as well. I can't say the food was impeccable because it's just fast food but it was what I expected. Good job, guys! I will be visiting again for a milkshake soon.
