Jack in the Box

Just came from here and my order was messed up (again). I only wanted cheese and bacon on my burger, came home and it had both lettuce and mayonnaise which I do not like. It took them 20 minutes after being pulled up to get our order out, but only after my husband went inside to see what was taking so long did we get our order. I'm only giving three stars because the cashier in the drive thru was very sweet and patient while we ordered and having worked in fast food I know none of this falls on her. Speed of service and food quality is why I took two stars off. Cashiers name that helped us was Genaya.

Great over night service. Didnt have to wait long on a big order at all.

????5️⃣✡️ Rating for new employee CRYSTAL best employee they have other then that they would get negative 5 stars every employee except her is rude, nasty, careless, negative, and has absolutely no customer hospitality at ALL. BATHROOM LOOKS LIKE A SAW MOVIE!!! And constantly messing up orders even though we frequently visit. The only reason to come here is for crystal best employee employed here.

Just went threw the drive threw and Crystal was very nice and she made sure everything was perfect she deserves a raise that's what I call good customer service!!?

During my last visit here the fryer broke. Our order took longer than usual to make, however the manager, Wanda was extremely helpful and apologetic and made sure that we were taken care of by substituting other food for the fried food that they could not make at the time. She also threw in some cheesecakes as an added gesture.
