McDonald's

I have been calling this Mcdonalds for weeks and nobody ever answers the phone, no matter what time of the day it is. Very bad Customer service.

We were a party of 2. The fast food restaurant was busy/slow when we arrived. We were greeted immediately. The cashier was friendly. The digital menu moves fast but eventually, everyone found something they wanted to order. Our table was clean and ready for guests when we sat down. The restaurant had good atmoshpere that was welcoming and comforable. The bathrooms were clean, supplied and had a pleasant aroma. The drink station was clean and fully stocked. The fountain drinks were cool, refreshing with a good drink-to-ice ratio. All of the food came out at the same time, was hot, made-to-order, and delicious. The pace of the meal was perfect. Overall, a good dining experience.

No problems with order. Staff courteous especially young lady at the register. She was busy every minute l was there. Saturday morning, busy busy busy. A couple of teenagers seem to have come late. My order took 15 minutes to complete!

The lines for service were short and fast. The food is good. They have a nice play ground for the kids to play. The environment was nice and peaceful and professional.

McDonald's has really stepped up their game as far as restaurant ambience since my last visit many years ago. The food is the same as always... just ok... but the restaurant itself was clean and updated. I am not sure how I feel about the ordering kiosks... I must be one of the few people left who likes human interaction. They brought our food to the table. Overall a better than expected experience.
