First Watch - Thousand Oaks

Good spot for breakfast/brunch. They have a few sandwiches and salads, with a few healthy burgers (veggie, turkey) so lunch is sparse compared to the breakfast menu, but it's all good.

Service is always good and the servers are very helpful. I have yet to be disappointed by this place s8nce the changeover from Egg & I.

Didn't know this place existed, daughter's took me there for breakfast. I had a really delicious Belgian waffle, ate every crumb. Sampled their fresh juices and they had wakeup punch. Server Chase was efficient and menu knowledgeable .we had great meals and a fun time.

Fantastic food and very nice waitress. I was a little worried about being healthy but no flavor and I was wrong. I will definitely be going back. My 6 and 8 year old loved the waffles.

Kind of disappointing considering how consistent First Watch locations usually are with each other. Our breakfast tacos and Floridian French toast were both good, but the sweet tea, which is usually one of our favorite things about First Watch, was very watered down and old tasting. And the side of ham I ordered was way too overcooked to eat. Service and staff were good and friendly as always, still a great place to eat with much better breakfast meal choices then breakfast restaurants. Maybe we just caught them on and off day or with a new cook or something.
