Denny's

Waitress seemed nice at first, she didn't check on us much and neglected us to do other work while there were hardly any other customers around. The food was nice and hot and hit the spot. Not the best service I've ever had but the food is always good.

Went on a Saturday morning while waiting for a tire to get fixed on my car. The restaurant did not seem that busy when I got there (about 8:30 a.m.) I got a table right away and was waited on fairly promptly. However it took almost an hour to get my food. My tire was actually ready before I started eating. I was told they only had one cook because the other one called in sick. The food was very good when I finally got it. Other than the long wait the experience wasn't bad.

The food was placed and served great! My skillet was good and the eggs were good. I usually don’t like to come to any place in the south side because the service everywhere down here is terrible BUT Juan the server at this Denny’s was super polite and made us feel welcome. He said I got the Queen ????plate cause I was eating like a Queen and that made my day. Definitely recommend him as your server.

I love this location! I would drive out of my way for the food and service here! Darrel has been a server there for years and I always request his section! The cook has consistently prepared my eggs exactly how I like them (over medium) and my hash browns browned on both sides. Sometimes it has been several months between visits, but Darrel will always remember what my usual is! Management has been great and I usually stop them to tell them what a great job they do, just to give them positive feedback. It's good to let them know that too and not just when something goes array. Getting into the parking lot is a bit tricky, but out is much easier. And the entrance door is on an odd location. I hope you find it to be as satisfactory as I have. Happy eating!

Side Note: Near by, you will find a mall, movie theatre, moving van rentals, storage units, propane sales, several restaurants, grocery store, home improvement store, tire service center, gasoline, pharmacy, financial institutions, liquor store, and even an emergency clinic. Just to name a few.
