Willie’s Grill & Icehouse

It was great as usual! Our server Chole was amazing and attentive! Our food came out quickly, hot and delicious! We are always satisfied with our visits!

I might not quite like how they organize their serving and waiting techniques but the food did make up for it. Very New Orleans style. Loved the onion rings! Had never experienced such good onion rings EVER! Completely Recommend!

Not bad for a chain restaurant. Cold beer (local and AB/InBev) and they had crawdads on the menu (written on the wall where you enter). They give you a ticket and a cold glass for your beer and you find a seat. In a minute the waitress was there to take the ticket and put in the order. Food was good (I had the catfish/shrimp combo).
2 things I see all the time - if you order a combo, you will get less of both (I order a combo because I want more of everything!) and they always put the stuff on top of the fries (so they end up cold and soggy with grease). Now these 2 things I have noticed from NC to CA, and I think it's time to change this. I pay extra for the combo - give me the food! And put the fries in a basket, you turn my plate into a bucket like you're slopping a hog. Well, I feel better! Sorry about the rant!
Back to Willie's - food was good, just $$$ for semi - self serve (I did carry the beer and the glass). For these prices the folks should valet park the car and roll us in with chairs with wheels (not wheelchairs - if we keep eating all this fried food, we will need one eventually!).
So, Willie's is a chain with good food and the service provided was good, just make sure you are willing to pay for it. Must be the Crawdads/Mud puppies that jacked all the prices up? And I didn't even get them ????!

First time here and staff was helpful in explaining the ordering/seating process. Server was excellent. Great ambiance, kid friendly and great for large groups, too. Will definitely return to try the rest of the vast menu. Great fried catfish!
