Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

Hit or Miss on the breakfast tacos. Sometimes you get 1/8 of an egg in your taco, other times you get a decent taco. Not consistent. Good bacon.

I thought the food and service was phenomenal. My complaint lies more with the company. On this side of town all big companies are small. The menu is very small. In medical center where I live the Bill Miller menu is extensive and all listed. Heck even the one on Broadway in Alamo Heights has a full menu. Why do companies have to offer this side of town fewer choices and varieties. I think it's disgraceful.

As always the service is friendly and quick. The meats are great. The French fries though are not good. They use to be fresh cut and soft and greasy. Now they seem like the baked frozen variety.

The food was ok. I was there to pick up free food because my previous pick up order was incorrect. I was given the new order with no problem. I did have to wait for approximately 5 minutes to get the gravy for my order but otherwise it went smoothly. The staff was courteous and friendly. Positive experience.
