They have good deal with their app but poor customer service at the W.Commerce location from employees to the management

OMG ???? This place was so disappointing. Looks that they were not expecting so many folks to come in there to eat, since the McDonald's across the way is shut down for remodeling. SMH Once food was ready, just got it and sat down to eat. Food was good, but they're in dire need of training and being organized. Had to tell them to turn on their lights, too. ????

Excellent service! I love Wendy's, and I frequent this location more than any other. One suggestion: Hire more help so that you aren't always so understaffed and overworked.

Enjoying my food from here is always enjoyable..once I receive it.
The wait time however, well it takes patience not to drive off. I've waited up to 30 minutes in the drive-thru BEFORE I reach the ordering prompter. Food is good, always hot. But seriously, the wait time needs major improvement.

This place hands down have the best salad selection Ever for a fast food place. I would puttheir salads up against Any place that sells salads. I give them 6 Stars easy! I recommend trying it out.
