El Pollo Loco

Food was good. However service was not. The girl was charging me more than what I had ordered. They barely apologize. But they did correct the matter.

I LIVE for El Pollo Loco. The food is OUTSTANDING!
Everything is cooked well, and it's actually a relatively healthy option if you are trying to stay low on calories, high on protein, or low on carbs.
Only reason this place gets a 4 star instead of five it's because it takes so LONG to get your food in the drive through. I waited 12 minutes today in the drive thru but my food was outstanding so it's kind of bittersweet.

EDITED: Since my last review, they have really cleaned up! All the offending ceiling tiles I mentioned were replaced, looks like there is a fresh coat of paint on the walls as well. Really cleaned up well.
PREVIOUSLY: 3 Stars: I would have rated 4 stars before we ate inside (been through the drive-thru a few times). Enjoy the food, and friendly staff, with a nice military discount. Inside it is pretty dirty though, obviously needs a good deep clean, and a lot of ceiling tiles need replaced. Just a bit distracting when eating here, and makes you wonder what the back rooms look like.
