(March 29, 2019, 2:23 pm)My favorite carne guisada tacos in all of SA. Small restaurant that gets packed for lunch but Terans has been cranking out authentic Tex Mex for as long as I can remember. The tortillas are homemade and delicious. Definitely worth a visit of your in the area. They only down side is the operate Cafe hours so they do close very early.
