McDonald's

Management wasn't friendly when we asked assistance on the electronic menu board. Food was good. Large playground.

Ok, since I ran to report my horrible review, I decided to run an post about what happend yesterday. I think this McDonald's is trying to clean up their resturaunt . My order got completely screwed up yesterday , not only did they fix it, a manager I've never seen before, came out and gave me my money back for my inconvienence. It looks like corporate is attempting to clean this McDonald's up.

As expected food quality. Had some trouble with service. Stood at register, no line, for a significant amount of time. Then the girl came over and she appeared to be high.

McDonald's is McDonald's but ever since those location got renovations, meaning the new self order computer systems, their service has been bad. I went up to order my food at the cashier and received a look like I was nuts. No one was in line in front of me and I still had to wait 15 minutes before someone finally took my order. The place was not busy and even then, after waiting 15 minutes to order, I was asked whether I was sure that I didn't want to use the self service option. I'm sure they lost at least two folks per shift because of the automation so I'll but some slack and just say "I hope they work the kinks out"

Service is usually pretty quick, but the burgers are messy. Stuff that is supposed to be on the bun usually is smeared on the outside. Would be nice if they took a little more pride in their work.
