Taco Tote San Antonio

The food was good, but the time it took to get our food was ridiculous!! It took at least 30 minutes to get our order, and that includes ME going over to the counter and check! Definitely NEED TO work on staffing to speed that process up!!

The parking lot was full, and the tables were full of customers at 8:00 p.m.! The atmosphere was comfortable, and the tables were clean. The employees were considerate, and the food was really good!

This is my favorite place to eat. The salsa bar is fabulous, tortillas have excellent texture, and the meat is tender and flavorful. My favorite thing though is the pickled red onions. I travel almost an hour just to go eat here. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the service and quality of food at this particular location is inconsistent. Some days I will be served promptly and others I wait in line without having my order taken or even being acknowledged. One time I stood there for almost 5 minutes as several employees walked past me and I considered just leaving. I definitely dont mind the wait, but I feel it's simple courtesy for an employee to at least say hey, we see you and we will be right with you. Overall I would highly recommend eating here and hope that if you decide to eat here, that they are on top of their game that day.

Large portions for affordable prices, service was fast and attentive. The fish tacos were stuffed! The salsa bar and free chips are awesome.

Pretty good first time experience after a friend suggested this place to me. A broad array of choices with different meats and fish/shrimp options. I chose the fish and shrimp tacos and they were very good. But the best part was the Salsa Bar - there was a lot of different types of salsa as well as unique condiments such as roasted jalapenos and red onions in vinegar! Highly recommended!
