Nicha's Comida Mexicana - Southside

My experience with Nicha’s is pretty consistent.

Their food and customer service from waitstaff are what keep me coming back. They also have really good drinks!

I honestly feel this location may need a new bigger location here soon.

Waiting area is so small I prefer to wait in my vehicle. There have been times where I chose to go somewhere else because of the long wait and the crowd at the front door.

However, I do love their salsa and chips and green enchilada plate. Always, always on point!

One downfall I have is that there is only one restroom for men and women. Sometimes you got to wait in line.

This is the best location to go to for some amazing food at affordable prices with a fantastic atmosphere. All members of the staff treat you like family which is a plus for us. They exude what customer service should be like. The fish tacos with sweet potato fries are the best and a must try!

Always good food and almost always good service. We went on a Saturday just before noon. There was a 20 min wait but we were seated in 15. With only 3 in our party they seated us in a booth. Server was friendly and promptly took our drink order and brought us complimentary Chips and salsa. Our food order was taken at that time. The food came quick and was fresh and good. My only concern is a place as large and busy as it is only has 2 stalls on the ladies room.and there's always a line. . Cant speak for the men's room.

We really enjoyed our visit to this classic Mexican restaurant. Fun, lively atmosphere, and they're was a mariachi band on the weekend night we were there. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a table, but enjoyed margaritas outside while we waited.

The service was friendly and effecient. The menu was filled with the classics you would expect, and the prices were reasonable too. The food was good, and came out quickly in spite of the crowd.

We were staying just up the road at the RV park, so that was a convenient find when our other dinner plans failed.

Definitely worth the wait. We had to wait to be seated for our large party. The service and food more than made up for it. Delicious! Great experience. Now I know why they are always packed.
