Tink-A-Tako #13 / Sandra's Mexican Food

It's understandable when it is slow to have a smaller amount of staff. Though, around dinner time it's really not good to be understaffed. We waited a good amount of time for our waitress to order, we were questioned as though we didn't know the menu even though it was the waitress not knowing. Took so long to pay, we weren't asked if we wanted dessert and we had to ask for the check in the first place.
We do not soley blame just the waitress.... Management or owners need to be on top of this as well. They need to train properly and have staff at peak hours that are high in volume.
Hoping to give you all another chance but at the direction it is going we might find a better place for our next food outtings.
Not trying to give just negative feed back. The food we can say was good and fresh. Thank we can thank you for.

Not understanding 3.0. Place was empty but food was fantastic and plentiful. Born and raised in Texas so feel I know Mexican food well enough to judge soundly!
