I ordered chicken garden salad. Was told they didn't have crispy chicken available. No problem, I wanted grilled chicken.
Took awhile to get food. I was presented a receipt for refund because it was taking so long for my order. Manager initiated it, not me.
Finally get my order. NO chicken whatsoever on it. Go back up and was able to get them to grill some chicken for the salad. Apparently they had in their head that I wanted crispy chicken, which they were out of. Chicken came separately after a few minutes more wait. Then had to go up to get dressing, as my order didn't come with any. I finally got to eat my salad after probably 15-20 minutes wait.
I went up and asked for soft serve for dessert. Nope. Shake machine's down. I forego dessert.
Our order was fast and right. The food didn't seem particularly warm to me, mostly the nuggets. The staff were friendly. We didn't dine in.
So I haven't been to this location in a few months. My last experience wasn't the best, but today I went in ordered my food. My food was hot and fresh. I over heard them say they are under a New GM. Which is great. ???????? Now I don't have to drive to another location.
Alex the store manager on shift early afternoon Dec 5, 2018 provided me with a free Whopper after explaining to her the new BK app ($.01 Whopper) was not working correctly even after sitting at two McDonald's locations. Provided screenshots. She explained it was the first day out and I suggested the possibility of bugs in the app and to notify corporate. Her understanding and generosity shined through this day!
