Awesome food and service
Our company has used Alonti several times for our corporate catering events and they never fail! We are always blown away at the level of customer service that they provide. I have placed large orders and small, the day before or a week in advance and they always pull through. The consistency of their service, presentation, quality of food and their attention to detail has yet to be beat. Their GM even called me once to verify the order and told me I had over ordered for the amount of people we were having. He came up with a solution to better meet our needs and ended up saving us money, which is a big deal in a small business. We will continue to order from them for all future catering needs.
We've ordered Alonti several times at work, for lunch and I have never been disappointed. I'm not sure what they do to their granola in their dessert tray, but I can't get enough of it.
Being a franchisee myself in a food service business,I know how important social media is to the success or failure of a business. I do not post reviews nearly as often as I should, as my corporate position has me traveling a lot and utilizing different companies however, I felt compelled to write this one. I attempted to place an online order a day prior to my need but was unsuccessful so, I filled out their online form for someone to contact me. I did not hear back from anyone so chose to call the location the following morning. After speaking to a representative they informed me that there was no way they would be able to for fill my order not even if I chose to pick it up myself however, shortly after that conversation the general manager called me back. After explaining the situation and what steps I had done the day before to try and place my online order he assured me he would be able to accommodate me and squeeze the order in even though they were fully committed for the day already. In addition to making the extra effort to call me back he even offered a discount because I struggled with their website (even though it was operator error). Going the extra mile for customer service is well worth the time it takes me to write them a great review. Thanks again!
