Delicious pizza, quick and friendly service, always happy with the food here.

First off, I've got to say, I love the concept of take-n-bake pizza! It brings the family together in the kitchen just one more step, so family night really brings us together.

The staff at the Blanco Wirzbach parkway loc. is always friendly and the dont mind correcting mistakes made by customers or themselves. The food quality is very good. I could eat their pizzas at least 3 nights a week.

They make fresh pizzas for you to take home and it's the best tasting baked home pizza I can almost eat it every other day

Ordered from this chain for the first time last night. I placed my order online and was given a 21 minute estimate, I arrived there within 10 minutes and my order was ready. The employees were extremely friendly and offered great customer service. A gentleman bagged my order up for me and thanked me by name for coming.

The food itself is mediocre. It came out of the oven piping hot and looking amazing, but lacked any seasonings or flavor. The pizza sauce itself is what threw me off, tasting like canned tomato paste.

Also looking upon the reviews, I see the owner, Jim, making very condescending responses to his customers. I am very disappointed to see that, I myself being a former manager to a competitors pizza chain.

I frequently see coupons popping up on my facebook for great deals, including 50% off your order (the coupon I used last night). Upon receiving them, I would likely order from this company again, but at a different location, and make sure to add my own seasonings at home.

I love the timed online ordering. Choosing my pizzas and setting the time for pick up is great. I know many places have it but I have generally ended up having to wait a bit anyway. Papa Murphy's had the ready and waiting to cook.
