Pho Kim Long

Best pho I've tried so far here in San Antonio. Loved that the broth had a touch of sweet and very flavorful. Had also a Vietnamese sandwich which was very good too. Service was great. The place was clean, quite and comfy. Good price, lived their fresh ingredients in all our dishes.

I love this place because of the great food , always clean environment. I come here from time to time to dine in . Although the food is good my only complaint is the man who usually works the cashier . Every time I have ordered over the phone he’s always very rude , and makes me feel like I’m being rude but he just has very bad customer service . Today I ordered over the phone and once again he was rude , I come in to the restaurant to pick up my food and once I approached him he was just hanging up the phone . He slammed the phone hard and cussed , he seemed upset and didn’t talk to me with any manners . He got my order wrong I said it was fine but he had an ugly tone with me and it just really makes me not want to order from him again . He either needs to learn to deal with his anger or find a job where he doesn’t have to interact with customers. Smh. Other than that my food once again was great but poor service there

AMAZING. Very tasty. Everything my family ordered was perfect. I give the food 5 stars but our waiter was very blah. Like he was being forced to work. No smile no have a great day no how was your food, nothing just blah. I tried to let him know that your food was great he just turned away from me. No emotion. The young man behind the counter was great. I give our waiter a ZERO but our food 5 out of 5.

We love this place!! Come here & order to go almost every week!! The Vietnamese Fried Egg Rolls are great. The Pho is good too, along with the Vermacelli bowls. My family enjoys coming here. The only thing is that they need more parking. Its kinda limited, unless you park behind the building.

Consistent great Pho. Well kept and clean. I would say it is the best Pho Restaurant in San Antonio. Prices are very reasonable and service is great. It’s a feel like home service. If you like Pho, you should not miss their delicious soup
