Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

I enjoyed this B-B-Q place. The employees were extremely nice. We had unknowingly gone there right before closing, and they didn't try to rush us out. I enjoyed my meal and had a good time while I was there.

The old school Bill Miller’s designer without the salad bar in the dining area. Very friendly and courteous staff! Everyone was upbeat and seemed to be happy to be there. So rare these days. The food was pretty much the same as other Bill Miller’s but it seemed like the portions were larger?? Maybe my imagination but the two meat plate seems to have more meat.
Their coleslaw is always good and not overly sweet. Green beans had a tomatoes type sauce that flavored them well.
This is one I really like and will be back

The chicken was good, but small. The brisket sandwich........ I was watching him cut the meat. When he cut it it looked like he just pulled it off with his hands. I guess the knife was not sharp enough????. The taste was good over all. I expected better service and taste, and appearance on the BBQ.
