Pesto Ristorante -Judson

Enjoyed another great meal at Pesto. It took a while to order but our server, Lucas, was very attentive and gracious during our meal. We had Ceasar salads, Eggplant Parmigiana and Shrimp Bisque. Salad dressing nice and tangy, Eggplant and sauce were delicious as usual. My first time trying the Shrimp Bisque but not my last. Great flavor not too thick, very fresh. My other favorite is their Pepperoni Pizza, it’s just tasty, good Pepperoni, with great crust, just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Try it for yourself. Very cozy spot.

This is a tried & true favorite for us. The staff is friendly & efficient. The fried artichokes are a must; they are to die for! The house salad is great. At least 1 of us always gets the Romano Chicken (sometimes we both get it so we don't have to share!) Tonight, we got it and the Chicken Marsala (which we've enjoyed in the past). Unfortunately, the Marsala dish was disappointing. The sauce tasted good enough, but could barely pick up on the Marsala flavor; seemed more like an Alfredo. Additionally, the sauce was so loose that it was hard to include it in a bite. Probably just an off night for the Marsala. All in all, we enjoyed our dinner here.

Cannot rave about this place more. I recommend it to everyone I know. Very cute cozy place with amazing food! The Romano crusted chicken is my absolute favorite dish. Service is excellent and everyone is so nice. 10/10 recommend!

The food was excellent. My husband and I shared spaghetti and meatballs and it was a perfect amount for us both. My son, Negative Need, also had the same and didn't have anything negative yo say (amazing for him). The salads were huge and the server, Lucas, was attentive, helpful and very nice. The only drawback was parking. The area is small so you have to park in the other sections of the lot. Overall, we will definitely return, probably will avoid Friday night as there is a bar a couple doors down who's patrons seem to take command over the limited parking. If you go, ask for Lucas. He was an excellent waiter.

Pesto is always great. It's a wonderful little restaurant and everything I have tried there is excellent. From the pizza to the pasta you cannot go wrong. They always start you with delicious bread that is amazing. I highly recommend the Shrimp Alejandra, Ravioli and Tortellini, but like I said everything is amazing. For some great, hot, fresh, homemade cooking, go give Pesto a try!
