Went in for a late lunch today. Not a first time customer, but I've always enjoyed the food at Paula Deen's. I tried something different and got the Salmon Avocado Salad. First thing, it's really nice to see more health-conscious options on the menu. As a guy with recent dietary restrictions, it's difficult eating out now but I was able to enjoy the salad which was absolutely delicious! The salmon tasted super fresh and was grilled to perfection. The greens and the other veggies mixed in were also fresh to the point I didn't need to add salad dressing. Overall, a great combination of flavors and surprisingly extremely filling for a salad. Service was great as usual, our waiter Bobby was attentive and constantly on point. I will continue to make trips to PDFK and look forward to trying something else.

Our server Micheal was great! The peach cobbler was so much better than recent restaurants I've been to. The crust was cake like instead of just slimy and doughy. The pot roast was on point. Loved it! Unfortunately the picky kid eater in me didn't like most of the sides. But just me as a picky eater. The husband loved the collard greens. The mac and cheese was good but a little dry. I'd like to come back and try the ceasar salad; those are my favorite.

Had a great meal with family group. Everything we had was delicious. Our group had delicious pasta, fried chicken, fried catfish, ribs, salad with grilled salmon. Two super appetizers (clothesline bacon and fried green tomatoes with shrimp) as well and great margaritas if that's your thing. They now have an a la carte menu with several options.
The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. If you have not been there, head to The Rim and check it out.

Great food and great service, could not have been better. We will be going back if ever in that area again. Well we came back after 7 months and the food was still great. Our waiter, Steve, was the best. He was the most helpful and very friendly. We had a good time talking to him. Great job.

Really enjoyed our lunch experience at Paula Deen's. Shelly, the hostess was bright and inviting just like the restaurant interior. Kyla was our waitress and happily brought us our delicious southern style food. We started off with fried green tomatoes - the batter was very tasty and the tomatoes were nice and firm. My husband subscribed to receive emails for this restaurant so the whole reason we went was because he received a "buy one get one free" coupon (but only if you choose from the family style menu). We ordered the fried chicken, the pot roast, collared greens, squash casserole and mashed potatoes. The Fried chicken was crunchy, flavorful and the chicken was moist and savory. The pot roast was tender and juicy and all the sides were definitely mouth pleasing. Kyla was pleasantly attentive which made our experience even more enjoyable. We made sure to tell the manager (Rob) that we"ll be back again.
