Always have perfect and speedy service. Their manners are up there with Chikfila. 10 out of 5 would eat here again.
Good food! Bad gift card rack placement... This was my first experience at Freebirds. The employees are very cool and um, funny story, my tray hit the gift card rack at the register and my burrito bowl fell... So sorry about that. Thankfully, the manager re-made my bowl and it was pretty good. I ate in with some friends and when I was about to leave, another customer hit the gift card rack and the cards all fell down. I thought it was just me. Maybe you should think about repositioning that gift card rack... Just a suggestion.
BETTER. THAN. CHIPOTLE.
Amazing options, really good desserts and awesome ambience. Loved the music they played! Nachos were bomb and so was the rice crispy treat!!
We go to this location for lunch. Either go a little early or go a little late because it gets busy, really busy. The service here was very good. Freebirds is very consistent from location to location so if you've been to one before, this one is just like the rest. They do have choices that are not typical of San Antonio so, mix it up and try different flavor combinations. It's good and I'll be back.
We come to Freebirds every few months, and they never fail to represent. I have been coming to Freebirds for nearly 20 years because of their fresh selection, customization and affordability. I now bring my kiddo too and this location is nothing short of this. Being able to choose your favorite items makes it a win-win location for anyone. They now have vegan items and have always had gluten free choices. I will continue to frequent this location along with others. Thanks Freebirds!
