Hometown Burger

Always enjoy the food & ambiance. Now if only they could work on the customer service...that would be great. Greetings, manners, proper language & smiles would help the experience.

Nice little place I tried thanks to a friend's recommendation. Hometown Burger is a small location, maybe 10 tables and 2 picnic benches outside. They try to have the 50's/60's theme with the decor and music playing overhead. Lots if selections for burgers and fish sandwiches. I had the 1/3lb bacon cheeseburger, fries and vanilla milkshake. Friendly counter girl. Location inside and out including the bathroom were in good shape and clean. Not a long wait for the food. First bite told me it was going to be a good meal. Krinkle fries had a good taste with a good tasting type seasoning on them. Burger was a good size, not greasy, easy to handle. Certainly recommend you give it a try.

This was our first time trying this place out and they did not disappoint!!! Everything was fresh and the burgers taste Awesome!!! My son is a 2 year old and he's very picky and he ate his burger up. The milkshakes are great too!!

Simple menu, good prices, and friendly staff. I had a root beer float, and it was great as a refresher after walking the mission trails.

Very clean bathrooms!

The burgers and fries were pretty good. Very reasonable prices. The only thing I didn’t like is you have to go back to the counter for a drink refill .. no self service. Place was clean. Parking very limited. I still like that place that started in Corpus Christi better.
