If you’re looking for not only amazing food, but amazing people, you need to come here. The talent, creativity, and taste of the food and the restaurant is one thing, but the kindness, authenticity, and generosity of the staff is another. I was feeling quite under the weather, and needed a place that was close to where I was staying. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, even curating a meal just for my needs. From the hostess, to the chef, to the manager, to the waiters, thank you. The food was impeccable and the service was something I’ve never experienced before. If you’re considering this restaurant, go ahead and come here. You will not regret it.

Las Canarias scores again!! This was the second time I've been, and the service was again outstanding, the food was really delicious (not to mention the well thought-out presentation), and the ambiance really captures the San Antonio culture. My guests thought it was a perfect way to end the evening!

Wonderful brunch! Oysters on the half shell were fresh and scrumptious. Shrimp, prime rib and omelette bar delicious. The quality of every meal was amazing. Our Italian waiter took great care of us with most pleasant service focused personality. My wife and I look forward to returning, and she has the highest standards being from Singapore. Well done managers maintaining this standard!

Beautiful location and outside area was amazing. Portions small and the margarita was on the expensive side $16 (wow) but I will say was the best ones I've had. And I've had a lot. *Picture is a split salad" the power salad. Vegan and Gluten free

Every staff member I encountered was highly professional with a welcoming, courteous demeanor. I was there for breakfast and took the risk to order the Eggs Benedict. I say "risk" because I am very finicky about such a dish.

Um...wow. My Eggs Benedict was simply stellar. The side asparagus was prepared to my ultimate liking...not soggy; but rather it was delicately fresh and flavorful. The side potatoes were a great compliment to the overall presentation of the dish.

As I was leaving, I paused to ask about the availability of eating at this place when not a guest at the neighboring hotel. I was delighted to hear the response that you are not required to be a registered hotel guest to dine at Las Canarias.

I will return with companions to endure the pleasure and indulge such fine, professional service, saturated with a calm, tranquil ambiance. The architectural aesthetics are pleasantly atmospheric. Overall, I am eager to try other things offered on the menu. I need not exaggerate to profess I had a five-star experience. I humbly give my most sincere thanks and expressed appreciation.
