I asked for a table and the waitress told me they had no tables available not even outside so I decided to wait. Some groups (like 4) of people came and waited but no one showed up and they just took a "free" table. I waited for about 20/25min!!! I was so upset and walked around to find a table, found it and also saw the patio almost empty! When the new waitress came I explained everything and she (Janiva) and her manager (Daniel) where so understanding and nice all night
Very Nice place to eat and watch your sports . They have very good quality of food at a reasonable price. Our waitress Ree was very polite and sweet I would reconsider coming back at anytime. Wings are delicious! ????????
First off the food. Quality and portioning are outstanding. Delicious !!! Value for dollar is worth the trip...lots of location's and never disappointed.. The staff is friendly and attentive and atmosphere is great for hanging with family and friends. Sports TV is wall to wall and the bar is large and comfortable with a good selection and pricing is more geared to big restaurant chain vs local eatery but, I think the whole package is a pleasant experience.
Try the chicken strips and enjoy the selection of sauces..lots of other yummy options too.
1) For a chicken place, having chicken dry/over cooked in old oil was a disappointment. The burger I had was pretty good. I didn't expect a patty sized pepper on the burger!
2) Training, training, training! Please train your staff not just on menu items. Customer service and attentiveness is incredibly important in food service.
3) I understand that this is a sports themed restaurant that requires their female employees to wear skimpy Daisy Duke shorts. So please refrain from digging your pants out from your cracks in front of the customers. This just seems unhygienic.
