Sonic Drive-In

The food is like any other fast food place, but the customer service was really good! The carhops are always so nice.

It's okay. Fast and okay food. They have mixed up my order quite a few times. Sometimes the person on the other end of the line when you're ordering can use a little more energy and can be a little more friendly. I like the waiters because they're efficient and has good customer service. Overall, will come back again because of convenience.

I go to this sonic once or twice a week. It's a hit or miss. Food freshness, food accuracy, and customer service are all about 3/5.

My kids love sonic. As parents we love the quick-service and fast-casual restaurant plus the drinks are great. There aren’t many carhops on roller skates, the patio area outside is too small, and on busy days the trash and service of the food can be a bit frustrating. It would be fantastic if the drive-in and building could be renovated to provide more access for a bigger crowd and more pleasing visual design!

I come to this Sonic because of convenience. Every visit I have made has been completely wrong and not the way I ordered it. I will say everytime I spoke with a manager they did fix my order but every order shouldn't be wrong. I usually ask for my burger to be fully dressed how hard is that?
