Best pizza....great special's......You want Chicago pizza you have to check it out. Staff is wonderful and attentive.....best hidden place in Stone oak.....stop by....food is amazing.

At last! A good place for Chicago style deep dish pizza in San Antonio!
There used to be a place called Gino's on Fredericksburg road, but it closed.
My husband read about Trilogy Pizza, so we decided to try it. It was worth the trip!
The Capone tasted like the pizzas that we ate in St.Louis when we were in college.
The closest we've come before this was Star Pizza in San Francisco when we lived in California.
Fear not if you don't like Chicago style pizza!
Trilogy also offers New York crust and a healthy California whole wheat crust. The list of toppings is extensive and they offer a nice list of appetizers, salads and pastas.
We will be returning!

Pretty delicious pizza!! I’m someone who frequents the large chain pizza places and went here with my family because they had Chicago style pizza my parents loved and missed since it’s their hometown.. They also have New York and Californian style pizza as well.. I was pretty impressed with the size of the pies and how filling the slices were.. Even have a decent selection of wines and beers and I even bought a bottle of their house wine for about $20.. They have a giant chalkboard that stretches the entire wall that was very entertaining for all the little ones we had, I’ll be back for sure..

My favorite pizzeria! This time we ordered a deep dish and it was so tasty. Our waitress was very attentive and kept us updated on the status of our pizza. Deep dish does take about 30 minutes to bake, so I’d call ahead next time when we are on our way. The owner, John, is great and very personable. At lunch they have a buffet and we got to try a lot of pizzas that way! Looking forward to our next visit!
