    This IHOP is the best.. we were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated promptly, and served quickly - food was hot and delicious.. Our waiter Sam was the absolute best.. we usually go to a different IHOP location, but it doesn’t compare to the all around great service that was provided at this location. Great job!!

    Service was exceptional. My family and I went early, which helped the service to be fast. Very clean place. When my sister left her to-go box the waitress actually came up to her and gave it to her!
