    Tommy's is straight up South Texas Cooking at its best. My family is from Alice and I grew up eating food the way Tommy's makes theirs. The menudo taste just like mine and my family’s, the tortillas just like my mom’s, the barbacoa just like I think it should taste. I have taken my parents and a friend from the Valley and now it’s their GO TO spot!!! I highly recommend eating here if you are from South Texas. You will be happy. I love this place !!

    Love this place every time... No complaints on customer service or food. EVERYTHING is delicious!

    Most excellent lunch. I went with the enchilada lunch plate. The service was fast and attentive. I liked the salsa with the chips and my main course was out promptly. Good flavor and more than I could eat with the rice and beans. Quite a lunch crowd with blue collar workers, tourists, and students filling almost all the tables. Would recommend highly!!! The flour tortillas were awesome - worth the visit by themselves.....
