Always so good and Juan is so friendly! The best tamales and mexican food in town! Try the Kadilac! Go early because he sells out, yes its that good!! Thanks again Juan!!
The tamales here are awesome! The tamales aren't dry like any other place, here they are moist. They also make custom tamale orders here which is so cool. I have five stars for the great food and above and beyond service.
Love the food and to see how far Tamale boy has come. The food is and always has been amazing. The tamales are almost always perfect. The kadillak is aptly named. It is unique and delicious. The prices have gone up since the days of delivering but it is well worth it as the business has expanded. The tacos are also very good. I always look forward to tamales for Christmas and New year and boy do they get busy! Make sure to place orders ahead of time for a smooth process.
Decided to give this place a try after reading all the great reviews. First impression was that the place is small but very clean, the owner greeted us right away and was nice. I ordered a few dozen; best tamale ever? I don't think so. A little bit on the dry side for me. But thats just my opinion. I'll stop by again if I was down the street and craving tamales. Would I drive from across town and wait in traffic to satisfy my tamale craving? No.
This place makes some really great tamales in several different varieties. We have been getting ours from him for a few years now and really love them. We have recently tried good breakfast tacos and they are some of the best. He uses a very good tortilla and the stuff inside is very reminiscent of homemade. This place will now be on our regular rotation for breakfast tacos. Great job, Tamale Boy!
