Hacienda Vallarta Mexican Restaurant

So my daughter and I were driving by there today really wasn't expecting to stop by wasn't too crazy about to location. Well let me tell you this really blew me away I was not expecting the food to be so good shrimp cocktail had an amazing taste and plenty of shrimp. We had the 4 mini tacos with barbacoa which was very tasty. We also had the chips and salsa and the chips were fresh. We had Tres Leches pineapple cake which was the bomb I would definitely be coming back to this place. Our waitress was very attentive. And the prices are very reasonable.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was just right, they have TVs in every corner (and not bunny ear cable) they have margaritas.

You can tell they spent a lot of money to make it as beautiful as it is, and what can make it better considering the owner spent so much money; is to remove the boxes and to-go supplies that are an eye sore. You put so much much into this beautiful place I felt like I had to let you know.

My wife, son and I really enjoyed ourselves for dinner tonight and we were taking about how nice it is that it super close to home, we can’t wait to visit on a Friday night to have a margarita or two.

The food is great but they need to know that the tortillas need some attention. They are hard and don’t look or taste fresh. Hopefully they can fix this ASAP cuz the food is amazing. I will definitely go back there! Don’t need to eat the tortillas! The cheese enchiladas were so delicious! The service was great and very friendly!

No lunch specials :-( everything lacked salt, down to the tortillas. Cheese enchiladas were good; enchilada sauce is pretty good (after adding a little salt). The sweet tea was very weak and tasted like slightly sweetened water. Service was good. There are much better Mexican restaurants closer to the highway. I'd say today's meal was just so-so. I probably won't return, but hey, if you're on a low sodium diet, you'd probably love this place!

If you're expecting bland or "OK" Mexican food you definitely won't find it here. Today I tried the Menudo and was amazed by how much flavor it had, it was pretty amazing. The waitresses were awesome and very attentive, the menu wasn't overwhelming yet everything looked amazing and had an awesome variety of choices. I'd say this is a MUST TRY restaurant, I enjoyed it very much and see myself being a regular here!
