Whataburger

Redacted my previous review. Had some issues with customer service at this location. After talking with the store manager who called me, I believe the issues will be solved. Whataburger has been a favorite since I was a child. As a business they've grown and have always strived to be better. This instance proves to me they are committed to the customers and their experience. Thanks

Went back and the customer service was amazing. The manager on duty was great along with employees.

After a very long day of work and some driving around , i stopped at Whataburger for dinner, the employee who delivered my meal to my window asked me how my day was, after telling him about my long day, i got home to find a wonderful surprise in my bag that brought a smile to my face, its nice to know that there is still good hard working employees like him around!! Thank you for ending my day with a smile. Thanks :)

The Young man that rang me up was very friendly and nice. I got my food in a good time. Everything was good.

Dropped by this location at around 10PM and the staff was very welcoming. The temperature was warm and cozy considering it was below freezing outside.
We ordered a medium #9 chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink & an order or the 3-strip meal with a side of fries.
Delicious! Thank you for your service at this time of night.

Depending on what time you go, they may forget things...cheese, side items, entire burgers. But the food is good, and management has friendly service

Update: management says they had a lot of new hires being trained during the time of this review. The staff have been becoming more competent again
