Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the only place I go to for fried chicken. It's also the first job I ever had back in the 80's, so naturally it's near and dear to my heart. This last visit though left much to be desired.
We customarily purchase a ten pc with 2 sides and biscuits. The young man said he'd find it. Instead he offered a ten PC for $14.99. It totalled $25.08 for 2 large red beans &rice and ten tenders. While we waited my husband found the offer on his phone and showed it to him. He replied that they don't take that offer. We left, sat in the car and realized that that offer came with 5 biscuits and the 2 large side orders for three dollars less. Hello, why would we take anything less!? The manager on duty finally dealt with the issue after much resistance.
This is still the best chicken, but employee disposition and the all around chaos with which the store is run speaks poorly of Popeye's in general.

Popeye's food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The issue I had was that I was one of two orders in the store and it took 15 minutes to get our food. The crew was apologetic. it was just bad management that it took so long
