Its right down from my place. It serves guests if the hotels nearby. Night time is always packed. Service is adequate. Food, well, its a chili's. Results vary, xD

Great service! Eric our server, was very kind and helpful! He was always on his feet and never let my drink hit the bottom. He also was very helpful when the kitchen made a mistake. He alerted his manager (Blake) and did what ever he needed to do to ensure we came back.

Blake the manager was very understanding of the kitchen problem and made sure that the people in the kitchen were held accountable as well as letting me know that they will try to fix it for the next customer.

They both were very professional! I will be coming back for the amazing service!

Loves Chili's but my experience at this place was not good. First the waiter spill my drink on my lap, second it was my friend Birthday they never brought her broccoli until she was almost done with her meal we also had 3 or 4 waiters that didn't know. I believe one of the supervisor came to our table his name is Javier very young it seems he didn't care. The drinks taste like I was drinking water so much ice. Like I said we had between 3 or 4 waiters but they took for ever to come to our table to see if we needed anything else. So a friend got a cheesecake for my friend the Birthday girl and the cheesecake was still frozen.

Our waitress did awesome for a party of 13 was very attentive and very friendly. Wish I could remember her name but she did great!! Food didn't come out all together, by the time some of our friends got their food, some of us were almost done eating... overall not bad

All Chili's Grill & Bar are outstanding when it comes to quality of food and service and this specific Chili's is nothing but incredible. There is a force that keeps pulling me back to this specific location. Every time I have visited to taste and quality of food has been outstanding. All the waiters have been very nice and attentive, always getting refills when needed. I have never had a bad waiter at this restaurant. The ability to use the kiosk to pay is incredibly easy for groups paying separately and I wish more restaurants followed Chili's advances in technology. Overall every visit to Chili's is has been nothing but pleasent and I will definitely go back there again.
