(March 26, 2019, 10:25 am)A local San Antonian friend of mine treated me for breakfast. I love Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. For me it's a special dish for a Sunday morning treat. My mind was blown when she tells me their tortillas are HOMEMADE! The fact that they make their own corn tortillas was already making me jump for joy. The moment I tasted their corn tortilla I knew one would not be enough! Then I tasted their flour tortilla. I'm coming back for breakfast every Sunday here. Oh! And the Ranchero sauce was good. Not spicey enough for me but their salsa is the remedy for that. I want homemade corn tortillas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
