Sonic Drive-In

I love sonic, the food is always delicious and the servers are nice and get the orders right, but whoever is in the kitchen somehow ALWAYS messes up our orders in someway. Sometimes as drastic as 2/3 of the burgers being plain instead of everything on them. We've called the manager before, who's always been very nice and given us discounts ect, so the only problem I have is whoever is in the kitchen keeps messing up regularly, since the receipts always correct and the server reading our order back to it is correct. If you're in a hurry and don't have time to check the bag I'd recommend somewhere else, always check the bag here especially.

Awesome service. Drive through attendant was very polite. My order was made correctly and he made sure i didnt need anything else and that i had napkins.

I've been staying away from this location because the last few times I've been the food tasted too greasy. This time was a whole new level. The carhop came out with the food. We gave her cash and she said she would be right back with the change. She took the money and the food back inside! We asked if we could have the food and she just kept saying, "I'll be right back sir". She never offered an explanation or if it was new policy. So we sat and ate. Then she cane back out with another order, this one had a sundae WITHOUT a lid. She took the money and then walked away but not back inside straight away. She walked towards the front on the other side then finally back inside. So now this uncovered ice cream made a bunch of trips. Kinda gross. What happened to them having a few bucks on hand for change? And why not give the food then bring the change back out? This new change has me staying away from Sonic until further notice.
