Sonic Drive-In

Pulled in at about 7 at night to grab some food after the gym. Ordered a SuperSonic double cheeseburger. When my food came out to my car it came out as a single cheeseburger. I double checked my receipt and I was indeed charged for a double. Not wanting to wait for my food to be remade I just requested a refund for the difference between the two burgers. After some quick work on the register the assistant manager Sasha told me it was taken care of. I went back out to my truck and double checked my credit card account, I noticed that the entire amount of my order had been refunded. I went back inside to pay for my food and explained I wasn't dissatisfied with the food itself(just that I was short a patty) and only wanted a refund for the difference between the two burgers. They wouldn't let me pay. So I ended up getting a free meal. Definitely recommend this location over any other in the area, despite the small oversite on my order. They get an 11/10 purely from a customer service standpoint.
