Jack in the Box

After a long day and a hectic Lyft shift downtown, I slowly made it back to my hood and was craving Jack's tacos at TOO am. I had EXACT change for 2 orders of tacos, which came out to $2.54 after tax. The young guy working drive-thru was pleasant and repeated back my order accurately. When I pulled up to the window and paid in change, he didn't seem upset. I got my tacos within a couple minutes, and there was actually taco sauce AND ample napkins in the bag! By the time I got home (3 minutes from this location, the tacos were still hot enough that I burnt my mouth.

This late night experience has rejuvenated my faith in this location, albeit only after midnight. Hopefully they have friendly and accurate service during normal business hours.

My wife and I usually come here around 430am for some egg rolls but these last few times the overnight crew keeps telling us their system is down and it will be about 30-40 minutes for it to come back up and we could either wait or come back. We came in at 3pm and some to the manager ANNA and she was really friendly and apologetic. Her night crew needs work but her day crew has some serious hussle! They were quick and the communication between the crew was great. I am impressed and hope they can get some good people overnight. THANK YOU ANNA AND DAY SHIFT!!!!

Excellent service. Food was perfect and highly exceeded expectations. The burger looked like the pictures. We were so amazed that we actually took our own photo to share. Whoever is in charge of this operation is to be commended. The lovely lady that took our order actually followed all the way through the process to make sure it was done right. The experience made the day a little brighter and the world a better place for just a moment.
