In all my years I've never had the urgency to give a review for anyplace I've eaten that I felt worthy of. For starters I cannot express how nice the lady was who took my order. The speed of service was phenomenal. I order two special plates, a extra taco with a quesadilla and a hamburger order. All cook and ready to go within 10 minutes or less.
Then the food! OMG it was so good. From left to right the two pastor tacos were superb, the gordita was mouthwatering! And just when I thought it couldnt get any better I bite into the quesadilla and I was in just AWE and felt that if I died today, I would be happy with my life. People hear me out! Go to this food truck and order the special plate, I want you to experience what I experience!!!
I will definitely come back and help spread the word!! Thank you Gordos Mini tacos!!!!
First time here and I'm from Harlingen, TX and its hard for me to find good tacos here in San Antonio. & I've found my new TACO place! They are bomb!! And inexpensive!!
My favorite taco truck! I've always been a little nervous about eating from a taco truck but I'm glad I tried this one. The special plate had a little bit of everything (mini tacos, a gordita, a quesadilla & beans). I got one last night & the plan was to eat some for dinner & take the rest to work for lunch, but I ate it all... The. Whole. Thing. Tacos with asada were cooked through without burning or drying out the meat. The quesadilla was on point and so was the gordita. The limes & charred pepper to go with the plate were nice too. They have tables outside to eat there or you can take it to go.
I don't live in San Antonio, but the last time I was there, I stopped by Gordos. The experience was fantastic. I really enjoyed the original flavor of the food. I will visit them during my next trip to SA.
Amazing mini/street tacos! Best I’ve found in this side of town. It’s a shame it’s only open so late at night or else I would eat there much more :(
