(April 3, 2019, 8:10 pm)I am a HUGE fan of Firehouse Subs, and I have been since the second I first tasted the food almost a decade ago. I always get no veggies, and I know to check it just in case, but I’m god to go majority of the time.
To be honest, I think a lot of the times that they are short staffed or something is going on and it’s THESE times that the service is sub par. It upsets me to see so many bad reviews because I absolutely love this place, I love the cause it serves, and o generally enjoy my interactions with the employees. I hope people that have a bad experience will give it another go without making a firm decision on hating them just after one visit. -

(November 1, 2018, 12:12 am)This place is awesome. First time i went there i got a free cookie. I have got several other people hooked as well. Subway has nothing on this chain. Toasted subs are good, but steamed is amazing! Great product and i i always enjoy the service at this store.
