The food was fine, but the cleanliness was awful in the restrooms and game room. I can't completely blame the staff it also matters how customers are but the two hours we were there I only saw one individual cleaning tables and he came around three times. The game room attendant or person that was refilling the tickets left the pieces of tickets on the floor and the little white band that holds the tickets together. That is a small choking hazard. The cashier was friendly but kept her voice very low I basically had to read her lips to understand what she was saying. The pick up counter person just pointed at which pizza was ours and walked away. The greeter could use a bit more cheer when welcoming guests. Judging the way some of the customers were, I wouldn't be thrilled to have them either. It's a tough job, I worked in a similar business and I can only assume that the management needs to pay attention to operations. I will be avoiding this location and willing to drive further to find a location that falls into my standards. Lost one star for cleanliness and another for lack of safety in game room.

The atmosphere was good and the pizza was fast. Customer service was excellent! The management knows how to run the team crew members. The staff were taking care of customers and constantly cleaning.

Made reservations online for my son's birthday. I didn't know what to expect ...but I literally just showed up and they had everything covered! Cake, pinata, party favors, etc was all ready and the hostess wo helped us was great! She made sure we had everything we needed and that my son had the best party!
